“Tragedy seems to be not over for the already troubled Haitians. A U.S. Geological survey has informed about another major quake measuring 6.1 on scale has hit Haiti again. It was reported at about 35 miles from the capital Port-au-Prince. There has been a fresh appeal for help and aid for the affected victims from the area. People had still not recovered from the earlier quake and the fresh one seems to be too bad for the poor Haitians.

Another quake has hit the Cayman Islands that shook with the force of the fresh quake. Part of corporate area and Montego Bay experienced the wild shaking by the aftershocks and the same has been reported from Cuba and Miami. There is no major damage reported from the area so far. Simon Boxall, a Public Education Awareness Officer at the Hazard Management Cyman Islands said that there are no reports of damage or injuries for any of their residents.”

Read what the designer said about this dress: “There is a specific building in Tokyo by an architect called Toyo Ito which I love,” says Brad. “It is called the Tod’s Building. I tried to incorporate the same kinds of shapes and lines into my collection as in that building. Triangles and textured lines are heavily used, as are beads, fabric manipulation and really high shoulders.” He says his standout piece is “a beaded cocktail dress with very high shoulders with hand-made shoulder pads. It took three, 38-hour weeks to complete.”

"The emerald green pochette, whose color I love, I wanted to be very simple, based on the shape of an envelope. I would wear it with all black or all navy. Because I love to wear dove grey, I wanted a bag in that color to go with my grey jeans. The zebra was inspired by an old pony printed valise from the '70s that my boyfriend [Jamie Hince] brought back from San Francisco, very dry, very trashed, without any glamour, and which I loved. As for the bags in cognac leather, it's a color and a very supple leather that we found in equestrian accessories stores, and we unfortunately can no longer find."
